Service You Can Count On

American Technologies logo

Don Gibson, National Account Executive and General Contractor with American Technologies, Inc.It only takes a moment for Don Gibson, National Account Executive and General Contractor with American Technologies, Inc. (ATI), to nail down the reason he participates in the LAFD Invitational Golf Tournament benefiting the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen’s Fund: LAFD Arson Investigator Michael Camello. “Fifteen years ago I worked in Orange and ran into Mike,  who told me about this event.” He has worked with the LAFD Arson unit for the past 22 years.

Last year Don won first place in the golf tournament.

“It’s important to support organizations like this because the LAFD has such a huge job,” he says. “And they’re a great group. In a dangerous situation where most people are trying to get out,” he points out, “they’re the ones who are running in. Just like the military. You can’t get much better than these guys.”

Unlike the golf tournament, it’s no walk in the park handling scoping and planning for environmental remediation after a flood or fire. That’s what Don Gibson’s company, ATI, prides itself on doing well. He has been there for the last 15 of the company’s 25 years. He also hails from a family that he says has always been in the construction business. And he has always loved it.
American Technologies, IncDon and other employees of American Technologies, Inc (ATI) are just as passionate about providing top-quality services to clients. He likes that projects run the gamut, from movie stars’ homes to the studios. From high-profile to the ordinary homeowner making an insurance claim, he enjoys working specifically with insurance companies. “Insurance repair is a good niche. Homebuilding construction is up and down based on the economy and we’re not that way. And we pride ourselves on exceeding expectations.” To emphasize the quality of service he provides he noted, “All our service workers are licensed and in uniform. We invented the smell-good plumber before the other guys!”

ATI has grown to become the largest privately-owned national restoration contractor. Corporate headquarters are located in Orange, CA, with an Environmental division and a Restoration/Reconstruction services division. For more information about Don Gibson and ATI visit atirestoration.com.
