Donating your car, truck, motorcycle, RV, or boat is a great way to support the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firefighter’s Fund. You may even qualify for a tax deduction while supporting a cause that is near and dear to your heart.
Step 1:
Contact CARS online here or call them toll-free at (855) 500-RIDE or (855) 500-7433
Step 2:
Complete the form CARS provides, and they’ll reach out to you to arrange the pick-up of your vehicle donation at no cost to you
Step 3:
Vehicle donation pick-up is always free, and most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 hours.
Step 4:
You’ll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up, and then the CARS team will work to turn your car into cash to support our cause. Once your vehicle is sold, CARS will provide you with the proper tax forms in time to file. CARS-friendly Donor Support Representatives are available seven days a week to assist you throughout the process.
