Feed the firefighters! The firefighters working this event are off-duty. Sponsoring their meals during the event helps offset costs and increases funds donated to the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen’s Fund. Your $500 buys 70 meals!
“LANE KEMPER” MUSTER TEAM — $1,000 (6 person team)
Join the Corporate Firefighter Muster Team Challenge. Firefighter coaches guide six-person teams made up of corporate employees with at least one woman. The team competes in three events: Suit-Up/Life Ring Catch; Bucket Brigade and Hose Cart Pull. Trophies will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. A pre-event Muster Team practice and picnic BBQ will be held for all team members and their families prior to the event. Banners for muster teams will be provided.
BEVERAGE BOOTH — $1,500 (Plus consumables)
Help quench the thirst! Each booth should have enough beverages to serve a minimum of 500 people. We encourage you to decorate your booth. Sponsor banners will be provided.
FOOD BOOTH — $2,000 (Includes all consumables)
A local fire station teams with you and your company to cook their firehouse specialty and sell it at the event. Each booth prepares enough food to serve a minimum of 300 people. Booths compete for the “Best Food” and “Best Theme” trophies. Banners for the booth will be provided.
ENGINE COMPANY SPONSORS — $2,500
Receive recognition as an Engine Company Sponsor of this year’s event on two websites for one year, in the national firefighters’ “Grapevine Magazine,” the sponsorship marquee and event announcements.
TASK FORCE SPONSORS — $5,000
Receive recognition as a Task Force Sponsor of this year’s Hope for Firefighters. Your company or firm’s name and l ogo will appear on event signage, two websites for one year and in the national firefighters’ “Grapevine Magazine.” The announcer will mention your company during the event. Also includes a muster team.
BATTALION SPONSORS — $7,500
Receive recognition as a Battalion Sponsor on event signage, promotional material, on two websites for one year and in the national firefighters‘ “Grapevine Magazine.” Your company name will be prominently mentioned throughout event announcements. Also includes a food booth or muster team.

Your company or firm’s name and logo will be included in all advertising, media and promotional material, including two websites for one year and the national firefighters’ “Grapevine Magazine.” This sponsorship level also includes the option of a food booth or muster team.

Receive top naming rights to the event as the Gold Sponsor, i.e. The USA Corporation’s – Hope for Firefighters. It also includes a major banner at center stage and company logo on all volunteer shirts.
RAFFLE PRIZES/SILENT AUCTION ITEMS/IN-KIND DONATIONS
Direct dollar purchases or gift-in-kind donations are welcomed and acknowledged at the event. Grocery retailers can make in-kind donations of consumables used by the fire stations for their food booths, such as meats and paper goods. This helps reduce expenses and maximize the contribution to the fund. Printing companies may donate event posters and retailers may contribute raffle prizes and silent auction items.
Tax deductible, direct donations to fund the event are welcomed and acknowledged at the event.
