RAFFLE PRIZES/SILENT AUCTION ITEMS/IN-KIND DONATIONS
Direct dollar purchases or gift-in-kind donations are welcomed and acknowledged at the event. Grocery retailers can make in-kind donations of consumables used by the fire stations for their food booths, such as meats and paper goods. This helps reduce expenses and maximize the contribution to the fund. Printing companies may donate event posters, and retailers may contribute raffle prizes and silent auction items.
