As a first-time sponsor of the LAFD Invitational, Fiduciary Trust International made the fundraiser a great success. The company supported the event as a Greater Alarm Sponsor and came out on the course in support of our men and women in uniform. Leaders at Fiduciary Trust International say the charity’s mission is not that different from its own.
“As a firm whose core values emphasize building relationships, working with integrity, and achieving quality results, we recognize the same shared principles and dedication instilled in the firefighters who work tirelessly day and night to keep our Los Angeles communities safe,” said Kate Freeman, the Managing Director of Fiduciary Trust International’s Los Angeles office.
“Supporting the Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen’s Fund enables us the honor of giving back to our community and assisting these brave firefighters and their families during times of crises” she said.
Since 1931, Fiduciary Trust International has served as a trusted wealth advisor to individuals, families, endowments and foundations. Equal parts innovative and prudent, they have been a strong and steady advisor across generations, working closely with clients to grow, preserve and transfer their wealth while keeping a watchful eye on the future.
This is the first year that Fiduciary Trust International has been a sponsor of the LAFD Invitational, but they quickly became engaged in the process. “Our experience has been great so far. Marlene Casillas (Development & Marketing Director) has been a pleasure to work with,” Kate said. “Also, we are thrilled to sponsor two first responder heroes, Ken Buzzell (retired) and former LAFD Chief William Bamattre, to play in our group. We look forward to getting to know numerous other LAFD personnel.”
Sponsors like Fiduciary Trust International make great ambassadors for Widows & Orphans as they support not just our events and work, but also our care for the community.
